Refund and Returns Policy

Product Warranty
Chocodor offers different warranty conditions for our chocolate products:

• 2 months for premium gift boxes hampers, plates and wholesale products
• 1 month for loose chocolates, bars, blocks, nougats/malbans and nut products.
• 2 weeks for seasonal and limited-edition items

If you believe your chocolate has a manufacturing fault, please email us with information and accompanying images to initiate the warranty process.

Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
• Processing Time: After payment, orders are shipped within 3 business days. Some orders may take up to 7 days.
• We ship domestically within Australia using temperature-controlled courier services.
• If you opt for “leave unattended,” you take responsibility for any missing shipments.

Damaged Products and Returns
Check products upon delivery for any damage. If a product is damaged on delivery, refuse to accept it and notify Chocodor at info@chocodor.net.

Returns Policy
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied with your chocolates. We will refund or exchange your item provided:

• The goods are returned within 7 days from the date of purchase
• The original receipt is provided
• The chocolates are in original, unopened, and resellable condition
• The items are standard stock (custom-made/wrapped products are not included) unless deemed faulty

Refunds
Refunds are processed once your product has been successfully returned and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed back to your payment method.

Exclusions
A refund, replacement, or repair may not be offered if you:

• Substantially modify the chocolate product
• Misuse the product contrary to storage instructions
• Change your mind and do not return the item within the 7-day period
